Families for Addiction Recovery supports those concerned about a loved one’s substance use through three free and confidential services.

P2P Program

The Parent-To-Parent (P2P) Program provides support for parents whose children (regardless of age) are struggling with addiction. Parents seeking support will be matched with a trained parent supporter with lived experience for eight sessions of an hour over two months. Learn coping and communication strategies that can help both you and your child. Learn More

Online Support Groups

We provide a safe virtual space where those concerned about a loved-one’s substance use can discuss practical strategies, find support, and share resources and information that worked for them. Learn More

Phone Support Line

You will be connected to one of our trained volunteers with lived experience of having a loved one struggling with addiction who can provide immediate support. Call our toll-free number from anywhere in Canada. Learn More
