Ontario Opens Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment Hub in Oshawa

New HART hub opens in Oshawa. Definitely positive news for people suffering homelessness, mental health issues and addiction. Unfortunately these new hubs have replaced  supervised consumption sites across Ontario which has led to a nearly 70% increase in overdose emergency calls. Why can’t we have BOTH harm reduction AND treatment?
